How will my order be shipped?
We use UPS, Fed X, and USPS. Our primary method is UPS. All shipments are insured. If you have an address that does not accept UPS delivery, please indicate this on your order form. An example may be a post office box, a remote rural address, or a business address. We ship to the USA including Alaska and Hawaii and also to Canada. No additional International shipping at this time.
Refund And Return Policies
At Monarch leathers we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send the item back by following the instructions given below.
To keep up the great prices and to serve you better please adhere to the following guidelines and policies.
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for return authorization.
- Email us at info@monarchleathers.com for specific return instructions. We represent many different manufacturers.
- Return the item in the original new condition with tags on it ----- you did not use the item other than to try it on.
- We do not charge any restocking fee nor do we charge for reshipping "size exchanges" as many companies do.
- Send the item back pre-paid by YOU within 30 days of purchasing. Use the mailing information we will give to you.
- Shipping & Handling will not be refunded.
- To assure safe delivery, place the box you received in a new box when sending the item back. The box we used is good only for one shipment especially for helmets. Damage in transit may delay your return processing.
- WE pay for reshipping when the exchange is for the same item in different size (not applicable for a different color).
- Only for US and Canadian buyers and to be used only once per item.
- WE pay for reshipping your exchanged item.
- YOU pay for returning the item to us.
- Exchanges are processed within 5 business days or based on current availability and refunds in 14 business days. If you dont get your exchange after 10 days of sending it or if you dont see your refund even after 14 days, please contact us.
- If any item received by you is defective or damaged in transit, it can only be exchanged for the exact same item in the same size. Refund or exchange to another size/color will not be permitted.
- Any damaged item YOU received must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving.
- If you do not follow the policy listed above, or if WE receive the returned item damaged, the item will be returned to you after receiving the shipping charges from you.
- If you need your exchange item faster, please place a new order and send the other item back asking for full refund as you paid shipping (only the lesser of the two shipping costs will be refunded). Please include your new order number as proof.

- After your order is shipped, we provide UPS or Fed Ex tracking numbers for you. You can check the progress of your order by entering your tracking number in the email you are sent.
- Our products are new, current fashions not seconds or liquidations. If we make such items available to our customers occasionally, they will be listed on a separate page and clearly marked as such.
- Our products are 100% guaranteed! Read our return/exchange policy.
- The customer is charged a fixed shipping cost according to product category and shipping prices are published on our website. There are no hidden charges or handling fees. Leather is a heavy product. In some cases we even pay some of the shipping cost in order to provide a fixed shipping rate.
- Your privacy is important to us. We provide this most up to date electronic data processing equipment. We are not able to view your credit card number. We do not sell, rent, or give any of your information to any third party. Your information is confidential. We may occasionally (very infrequently!) send an email or newsletter to let our customers know about a line that we have added.
